机械式弹簧疲劳拉力机是由驱动系统、传动系统、控制显示等系统组成，适用于各 种螺旋弹簧的疲劳性能试验。该拉力机由电磁调速系统控制电机运行，通过偏心装置带动连杆使 压板往复上升、下降，完成对弹簧的往复压缩疲劳拉力试验。该机无污染、效率高，具有较宽的调频 范围和试验空间，配上合适的辅具，可完成不同规格的弹簧疲劳试验。该拉力机通过单片机控制，实现试验次数达到自动停机功能，该机集成度高，结构简单，故障率低，性能稳定、可靠，操作 简单。

主机,机械加载，采用传统的曲柄连杆机构，电磁调速电动机驱动，利用飞轮的储能方式，保证加载的均匀稳定性和运行的可靠性，使整个交变应力形成良好的正弦波形。另外还具备弹簧预压缩装置（手动调节）、振幅调节装置（手动调节）等。
